First of all, WTF is a "body fortress" and how does it help you lose weight? I'm seriously asking because I typicaly would not relate the word "FORTRESS" to a healthy, slim figure.
And second, dear readers, If you are buying diet supplements at Walmart, I'm sorry, but you are doing it wrong. The end.
